Longevity & Healthy Aging Expert
How old would you be if you did not know how old you were?
Almost everything we have been taught about growing older has been wrong. Frailty, heart disease, loss of an active sex life, and memory loss, are just a few problems typically associated with aging. All of these symptoms have less to do with chronology than with lack of conditioning. You can have a long, healthy life.

The good news is that you can gain vitality even in advanced ages. My research has provien this over and over again, as I have reported in my articles and boooks. I invite you to DARE to be 100 and beyond! Check out out my DARE to you, browse the articles in the Longevity Library, read the Robust-Aging Q & A of many of the most-asked questions about aging, longevity, and living a long, robust life.
