Longevity & Healthy Aging Expert
How old would you be if you did not know how old you were?
Almost everything we have been taught about growing older has been wrong. Frailty, heart disease, loss of an active sex life, and memory loss, are just a few problems typically associated with aging. All of these symptoms have less to do with chronology than with lack of conditioning. You can have a long, healthy life.

The good news is that you can gain vitality even in advanced ages. My research has provien this over and over again, as I have reported in my articles and boooks. I invite you to DARE to be 100 and beyond! Check out out my DARE to you, browse the articles in the Longevity Library, read the Robust-Aging Q & A of many of the most-asked questions about aging, longevity, and living a long, robust life.

With a baby boomer turning 60 every ten seconds, we are rapidly becoming an aging society. But cutting-edge research on the connection between age and disease shows us that many of the preconceptions we had about how to grow old need a second look. This groundbreaking book is full of take-away prescriptive advice which the nearly 75 million boomers in this nation will value. Top gerontologist and Stanford medical school professor Dr. Walter Bortz and co-author Randall Stickrod draw on new science and a 30-year longitudinal study of centenarians.
